10-Minute Expiry
Each OTP code expires after 10 minutes (configurable in Settings). Expired codes cannot be used.
Single-Use Codes
Each code is invalidated immediately after it is used. Replay attacks are impossible.
Email & SMS Delivery
Users choose their preferred channel at login. Super Admin controls which methods are available system-wide.
Session Timeout
Auto-logout after configurable inactivity period (5–480 min, default 30). Protects unattended sessions.
CAPTCHA Protection
Optional CAPTCHA on the public survey form prevents bot submissions and data pollution.
